What is an AI Team-mate?
A digital helper with a clear job in your studio, like following up enquiries or drafting your social posts. Each one has an agreed role, regular routines and boundaries, and works alongside your existing team.
How is this different from an AI agency or a software subscription?
Most setups stop once the technology is switched on. We design each role around your studio, train and test your Team-mates, then keep looking after them. You get a team that keeps working, not another tool to learn.
Do I need to understand AI?
Not at all. We explain everything in plain English, set it all up and look after it from there.
Will AI Team-mates replace my staff?
No. They are designed to work alongside your instructors and front desk, taking on the repetitive behind the scenes work so your people have more time for members. Many studios use them for jobs that would otherwise land back on the owner or be handed to outside help.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. Each Team-mate works within an agreed scope, and anything public, sensitive or important comes to you or your team for approval.
Who owns the AI platform accounts?
You do. Your Team-mates work in accounts and subscriptions that belong to your studio. We manage the Team-mates and responsibilities we agree with you.
What if a Team-mate stops working as expected?
We keep an eye on how your Team-mates are performing. If something looks off, Charlie flags it, we investigate and we sort it out within the service we have agreed.
Can I change what a Team-mate does, or add more?
Yes. Just ask. Changes go through us so they are tested before they reach your members, and new Team-mates can be added as your studio grows.
What does it cost?
It depends on which Team-mates you need and what they will take on. We will talk it through with you and scope it properly before anything starts.
